Old Republic Surety Group writes different types of contract surety bonds in all 50 states. Notification requirements can vary by state and by bond form. This makes it impractical to list what is needed to document a claim under these bonds. There may be specific notice requirements, or specific steps that must be taken, based upon the bond, contract requirements, or statutory requirements.    

Should you wish to submit a claim, please contact us as listed below. Please provide us with the name of the contractor, the bond number, if available, and details regarding the problem you are experiencing and the outcome you are seeking. Old Republic Surety Company may require additional information or documentation from you as the investigation of the claim progresses. Should additional information be needed to make a decision, you will be notified.
