Welcome to Milwaukee!

Last year's meeting was met with so much enthusiasm that we wanted to showcase a little bit more of what Milwaukee has to offer.  Let's hope our request for mild weather is fulfilled yet again this year.

Plan to spend a few days catching up, learning something new and sharing your progress and success with others. We will feature 8 guest speakers/trainers, breakout sessions with your home office underwriter, departmental updates and some sharing of branch experiences. Whether this is your first time attending our annual meeting or you've been to many in the past, it is our goal to make this well worth your time and to give you some great take-aways to help all of us achieve our growth objectives.  Speaking of take-aways, make sure to plan ahead and save room in your baggage for your Welcome Bag which will contain, among other things, a book for this year's leadership training.

We have incorporated many of your suggestions from last year into this year's agenda.  You asked; we listened.

Tuesday will be an all-day Commercial breakout session.  Contract's Home Office Underwriter half-day breakout sessions are scheduled for Tuesday morning followed up with a half-day combined Contract-only session.  The last hour of the day being a review of the day's discussions with both Commercial and Contract.  New this year will be a full day of content on Wednesday.  Participants may either catch a late flight or stay over Wednesday night.  However, all participants must be present until the meeting ends.

Evening festivities will be informative and fun with great food.  All attending ORSC team members are to attend our planned dinner events: a welcome reception Sunday night, a multi-course business etiquette dinner on Monday evening at the magnificent Pfister Hotel and a BBQ and bowling night of "Olympic" proportions on Tuesday.  No Wednesday night dinner is planned.

Thank you for your time and effort in helping make this year's meeting a success.

Let's have a great meeting!
