DocuSign Improves Efficiency for Our Indemnity Agreement Process

DocuSign for Indemnity Agreements

Old Republic Surety Company is now accepting electronic signatures for our General Indemnity Agreements and our FastBond Indemnity Agreements. With DocuSign, we can now deliver the digital, mobile-friendly experiences our agents, principals and indemnitors expect, from anywhere and from any device.

DocuSign eSignature eliminates manual tasks and increases convenience for our customers while eliminating the need to print, sign, notarize and mail indemnity agreements with wet signatures pertinent to getting bonded. Utilization of eSignature will unequivocally improve the efficiency, timing and security of the indemnity agreement process for Old Republic Surety.

“We are constantly striving to improve the technology we use and the experience of bonding with Old Republic Surety. Incorporating DocuSign into our workflow will have a huge positive impact on the way we do business", states Alan Pavlic, President and COO of Old Republic Surety. We are very proud to be one of the first sureties in the industry to incorporate such an impactful process".

Old Republic Surety continuously looks for ways to improve the bonding experience, educate our customer base and implement workflows that make it easier for agents and contractors to do business with us.
