Shayne is the Regional Vice President of Commercial Surety for our Southeast region. Shayne has over 25 years of experience in the surety field. She has been with Old Republic since 2013 and was promoted to Regional Vice President in 2022. Shayne works with the Marketing Representatives, Underwriters, and support staff to nurture our existing agency relationships and increase our agency plant where needed.

Beth is our Vice President for Commercial Surety. Beth joined Old Republic in September 2014 as a Sr. Underwriter. She has since held roles of increasing responsibility and has most recently been the Regional Vice President of Commercial Surety in the Midwest Region. She has over twenty-two years of surety experience in various underwriting, management, marketing, and training roles. Beth has been instrumental in leading the Midwest Commercial team’s success, overseeing new client relations, marketing, and underwriting for commercial surety and small contract.

Tyler Adams is Regional Vice President for our Upper Midwest contract territory. Tyler has extensive contract bonding experience, being in the surety industry for over 25 years. Most recently, he was Vice President of Contract Surety at a top 25 surety company. At ORSC, Tyler oversees a territory covering 7 states and including our branch offices in Des Moines, Milwaukee, Minneapolis and Chicago.

Scot is the Regional Vice President for our Midwest Contract region, which includes Illinois, Indiana, Kentucky, Michigan, Eastern Missouri, Ohio, Tennessee and West Virginia. Scot joined ORSC in 2016 as the Bond Manager of the Cincinnati branch office and was integral to growing our relationships in the region. He was promoted to Regional Vice President in February of 2023.

Darrel Lamb is our West Regional Vice President for Old Republic Surety. Darrel brings authority and surety risk assessment closer to our contract surety customers in Washington, Oregon, Montana, Idaho, Hawaii, Alaska, California, Northwest Nevada, and Utah. Darrel started at ORSC in 2012 as a Bond Manager of the Portland branch and was then promoted to General Manager with additional responsibility for the Salt Lake City branch and Northwest Commercial surety operations. He has over 30 years of experience in the surety business, working at both Safeco and Zurich prior to joining Old Republic.

Rich Sghiatti is the Regional Vice President for Old Republic Surety's Contract Surety operations in Louisiana, Mississippi, Alabama, Georgia, Florida, North Carolina, South Carolina and Virginia. Rich brings more than four decades of surety experience with him while in the Southeast. Rich has authored surety-related BLOGs and articles, and has been a speaker at CFMA and AGC events.
Rich attended the University of Scranton, PA and is originally from that area.

Ryan is our Regional Vice President for the Southwest Contract region, including our Dallas, Denver, Kansas City, Phoenix, and Salt Lake City branch offices. Ryan worked in the contract surety field for two other sureties before joining Old Republic and is a member of the CFMA Valley of the Sun Chapter and the Arizona Surety Association.
