Taco Dip

  • (2) 8oz. pkgs. of cream cheese
  • 1 lbs. browned hamburger meat
  • 1 pkg. of Taco Seasoning mix
  • 1 large jar of salsa (mild, hot, or your preference.) 
    • or 2 small jars of salsa
  • 8-12 oz. of shredded cheddar cheese

Instructions

  1. Grease either a 9x13 pan or a 7x12 pan. Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
  2. Flatten 2 (8oz.) pkgs. of cream cheese in a dish.
  3. Place on top of the cheese, 1lb of browned hamburger meat that has been mixed with 1 pkg. of Taco Seasoning mix.
  4. Place on top of the hamburger one very large jar of salsa (mild, hot, or to your taste) or 2 small jars - enough to cover generously.
  5. On top of that, sprinkle shredded cheddar cheese (between 8-12 oz.).
  6. Bake for about 20-30 minutes - until the cheese is melted & bubbling. 

Serve with tortilla chips.
