Bacon + Cheese Quiche

  • Bread
  • Butter
  • 1 lb of grated cheddar cheese
  • 1/2 lb bacon
  • 1 Dozen Eggs
  • 2 Cups of Whole Milk
  • ½ tsp of dry Mustard
  • Dash of Salt and Pepper

Instructions

  1. Grease 9 x 13 inch pan. If made in a glass casserole dish – go on and place in oven while it’s preheating so your cold dish doesn’t crack.
  2. Cut crust from bread (we use French Bread and do not cut off the crust)
  3. Butter one side of the bread and place the buttered side down
  4. Place grated cheddar cheese on top of the bread
  5. Cut bacon into pieces and place on top of the cheese
  6. Mix eggs, milk, dry mustard, salt, and pepper
  7. Pour into pan
  8. Refrigerate overnight
  9. Bake at 325 degrees for 1 hour
