Vegetable Pizza

Ingredients

Crust:Veggie Croissant Pizza
2 packages of original Croissant rolls
- Place on a jelly roll pan or 9"x13" pan (ungreased), spread around like pizza dough. Bake for 10 minutes at 350 degrees. Do not overcook - cool completely.

Spread:
(2) 8 oz. packages of Philadelphia crème cheese
½ cup sour crème
¾ cup mayonnaise
¼ cup chopped onions
½ teaspoon dill weed
½ teaspoon garlic powder

Mix together until spreadable. Use a little milk or sour crème if too thick. Spread evenly over crust.

Suggested toppings

Use any amount of the following (uncooked) toppings chopped in fairly small chunks on the top of the spread:
Cucumbers
Onions
Green peppers
Broccoli
Cauliflower
Carrots
Tomatoes
Avocados
Black Olives
Celery
Radishes finely sliced are pretty on top
Cheese (shredded)
